We’ll learn how to take a STANCE; our MOVEMENT while dynamic and athletic will have a balletic grace and elegance. A technique driven ability to PUNCH will be grown out to deliver shots singularly or in COMBINATIONS.
There are then the silky defensive skills to work on SLIPPING and BLOCKING shots. Furthermore, you’ll learn the secrets of developing SPEED and POWER you didn’t think you had as your fitness and abilities improve and this coupled with specialist SKILLS and DRILLS favoured by professional boxers for example the SPEEDBALL.
The delivery of the training is important. Fun, flair and imagination are employed to ensure focus is maintained to ultimately achieve the result we all desire.
