Once you’ve been through your training session, you should expect to feel an adrenalin ‘buzz’ better than you’d ever get in the gym! You’ll certainly know you've had a workout!
No experience is needed to make a start; even Sugar Ray had no experience once! All training is tailored to suit the individual and paced accordingly.
But the process doesn’t stand still…. After 10 sessions of training you’re skills will be improving rapidly and so will your ability to progress to more advanced work; this is also an indicator of better fitness as one drives the other!
